JAZZMON The "Jazzmon" powered subwoofer is the workhorse of the art of sound line up. From its rigidly braced cabinet to the audiophile grade 12" woofer, it produces natural tight bass. The Jazzmon is aimed at pleasing the critical ear for home theater and yet is smooth enough for two channel music.

TYCUS The "Tycus" is aimed at pleasing the critical listener for two channel stereo and home theater. Every lower octave nuance will be revealed with speed, clarity, and detail. The bass can best be described as beautifully musical with a laid back presentation. Quite the opposite of the typical in your face subwoofer! Featuring active/passive drivers with usable bass down to 16 hz. The Tycus will easily integrate with any main speaker configuration from small monitors to maggie and lowther designs. Side firing 10" active driver with opposing side firing 10" passive radiator. The passive radiator allows a much lower box tuning frequency over a similar ported enclosure size. The method in which the passive radiator is implemented allows for fast transient attack akin to sealed woofer alignments. This is a great match for the Magnepan MMG's or 1.6's!!!

MAXIMUS The "Maximus", which is a larger version of the Tycus, is aimed at pleasing the critical listener for two channel stereo and home theater as well. Every lower octave nuance will be revealed with speed, clarity, and detail. The bass can best be described as beautifully musical with a laid back presentation. None of that awful in your face bass here! Featuring active/passive drivers with usable bass down to 15 hz. The Maximus will easily integrate with any main speaker configuration from small monitors to maggie and lowther designs. Side firing 12" active driver with opposing side firing 12" passive radiator. This allows a much lower box tuning frequency and of course no port noise. This implementation combines the best of both sealed and ported alignments with neither's short comings. This is a great match for the Magnepan MMG's, 1.6's, and 3.6's!!!

SCOUT The "Scout" powered subwoofer is the smallest of the art of sound line. Don't let its small size fool you. It puts out impressive bass. Better than many 12" subwoofers we have heard, including some of our older models. From its rigidly braced cabinet to the audiophile grade 10" woofer, it produces natural tight bass. This is a great subwoofer for the small to mid sized room. Another great match for the Magnepan MMG's or 1.6's!!! |
